Refunds & Returns


We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package — we will provide a return address and issue a refund or replacement, as preferred.


If you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns for a full refund — but only if the product has been received and is returned to us in unused condition.

To initiate a return:


  • Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery.
  • Ship the item back to the address we provide.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.



We do not issue refunds if:


  • The order has not yet been delivered.
  • The delivery failed due to reasons within the customer’s control (e.g., incorrect address).
  • The product is returned used or damaged without shipping-related reasons.



Please allow 5–7 business days after the return is received for the refund to be processed.
